Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

Okay, I've completed this game before.
But it's been a while and I decided to play again.
But now I'm on the third level
And when Dectective Dan asks for me to get the guy,
I've got all the notes,
But when I talk to Berkley Clodd or whatever,
He doesn't give me a briefcase
What do I do?

You have to actually give the last note to Berkeley, not just talk to him.
