Ok I really need help on this game so I got the note from det. Dan behind the bushes but I don't know where to go or what to do with it????!!!!

First you look for a note in the bushes in front of the museum in the Sim Quarter.
Then you find another note behind a headstone in the graveyard. It's in the section that doesn't open up until you have stood guard for the meeting for Gramma Hattie.
Then you take that note to the guy with a feather in his hat.
