Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

Hi can someone help me please?

Im trying to get Mambo Lao to give me the mission in chapter 3 mission 6, but I can't get it.
Do I need to have completed all the other missions first or am I missing something?

Would be grateful if someone could reply thankyou.

You always have to complete the first 5 missions in a given chapter before the 6th one becomes available.
