Go to the farthest right section of the swamp (you'll have to cross several plank bridges), then go straight up. It looks more like a cave than a tree.
Don't forget to get the lightstick from behind the SimEating plant first.

OK I have a question! From what plant eating tree because everytime I even get barely close to it it eats me!!! Help!!!!

when you walk up to any of the plants, while they are pulling you closer, rapidly press A. idk but it works trust me.
