You go to the place where you beat Dusty then get the most expensive stuff that the guy has thats next to a motorcycle,and then you beat him.GOOD LUCK HOPE I HELPED YOU!!!!!!!!

DO NOT GET THE MOST EXPENSIVE THINGS. THERE IS A CHEAPER WAY. I have the guide book. Trust me these are the parts you want: heavy chassis, street suspension, annihilator engine, large nitrous tank, racing tires, and super nitro(hold B to use).
