Ok I know how to give boo the chocolate but I tried to give him a box of chocolate and it didn't work. Is there a different chocolate I'm supposed to give him?

Ok. I was stuck on this too. You have to have your cooking up like up to three is good. Then on that machine thing put three choclates. That will make a choclate bunny. Give that to boo and that will cure him
Yes there is, you are supposed to get a mixer and mix together 3 chocolate bars and get the giant bunny mix, then you bake it in your oven. If this doesn't work the first time, you need to raise your cooking skills. After you bake it you should get something like a giant chocolate bunny! Give it to boo and you're good!
