To get to the fan boat you go to the top right corner of Sims Quarter by the town house and museum. Go through the path to get to Glasstown.
Right when you are in Glasstown there is a flight of stairs going underground to your right.
Go down them and you will end up on a very small dock. The fan boat will be right in front of you. You take that boat to go to the Island where the dancing Nutrinas are.
The Paridise Island map is in Olde Salty's Riverboat. Use the stairs to get to the very top floor ( the small room above the captians quartars). On the floor you will see a piece of paper on the ground.
That is the map. Everytime you go up their a new one will be their.
