Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

I've finished the game but according to my walkthrough I have to get some map for Splicer Island, where are they??? And who is Mokey?

The map for splicer island is in between the university and the house. Check at the flowers. Mokey is a hobo who stays at the park near the grill. Hope I helped. dude25
