I've played this game a bazillion times and always been able to unlock the rep missions quite early on, but for some reason I can't this time. I can't remember how to do it, I have enough rep points (I'm an Artsie this time) but when I speak to Roxanne, nothing happens, even with 100 relationship; help!

You have to give any leader their trophies. Then they'll ask you to do their mission, but you have to get a +2 rep for Streeties, and the highest is (I think) +5 for artistes. Btw the artsies trophy is in the bayou. Welcome!
