Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

On level 2 on the first mission who do I give the slip of paper to because I have done it once and I have forgotten and it's been bothering me for ages please help me!

Brkeley Clodd (thats if you have the slip of paper you get from the graveyard that you have to complete grandma hatties mission to get 'to have this note would be another FEATHER IN HIS HAT.'
