There's nothing called a "Tino Pantano" in the game. You may be playing the game in another language, and I'm afraid you have to ask another question. With the name in english.

If you mean bayoo boo who becomes a vampire, you have to mix and cook three with a mixer and a cooker to make a giant chocolate bunny then give that to him.
