1. Got to city apartment and you will see a staircase, go down there and you will see the fanboat!

Yes you CAN get into the bus.
Get 100% relationship with Guiseppi Mezzalto and he'll tell you that he used to live in the old bus.
Now you can go in there!
You get on the bus by getting 100% with Giuseppi Mezzoalto.
