Where do I find the blue prints to give to Luthor L. Bigbucks?

Where do I find the Secret Lab?

How do I find the correct document?

Ive been stuck on this for weeks, somebody told me to go to someplace early in the morning but i always get busted....

So..... What time and were do I go to find all this???

Please Help me I need this....

The Secret Lab is in the Executve Office in King Tower, but it is ONLY open between 3am and 4am. You will find the Correct Documents in the Secret Lab, but you must have Logic 6. Good Luck!
