Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

Where are all the areas to find the Nuclear Fuel Rods. I know where some areas are, but when I go there they are not there. I only have3. Please help.

There's one in the graveyard, roughly three in the Bayou and - if you've completed the game - you can Spoiler:

Once you've picked one up, try going back there in a day or two, or at a different time of day.

I'm only finding one in the Bayou gba version every 48hrs.
