I will give you a mini walkthrough for this part.

The Greatest Fear
Prove to Clem You Aren't a Vampire (Rel 30)
Find the "Dark Tree"
Find a Light
Capture the Albino Alligator

4-1-1
Clem (Green Man) will think you are a vampire. He will ask you some questions. Try to answer them that a vampire wouldn't like.

4-1-2
Venture the Bayou. All the way to the right. Be careful with the plants if they catch you just repeatly press A if not, B and your sim will attack it. When you can't go right any longer go up and the dark tree will be there.

4-1-3
When you enter the tree a replica of Daddy BigBucks will scare you and you will pass out. To find the light it is behind a plant to kill it copy dirctions from 4-1-2. After you get the light go to the Dark Tree and when the replica of Daddy BigBucks shows up your sim will automaticly hold up the light and the replica of Daddy BigBucks will go away.

4-1-4
There will be a strange Aligator after the replica.
Talk to him and he will give you half a locket from the bayou brother's mom. Give the locket to Clem.

Fiddle with the Red Man
Meet at the Hickory Stump at Midnight
Fiddle the Red Man

4-2-1
The Hickory Stump is the stump right outside of the Dark Tree. The Red Man will be fiddling his fiddle on the stump. Talk to him and say "Rosin up your bow, Red Man. Let's Play"

Timing is everything in this nusical duel as you match bows with the nefarious Red Man. Watch his pattern closely and follow his lead exactly.
Make no mistakes or suffer the consequences!

Bonus! Requirements: Golden Fiddle, Fiddling skills.
If you still have the fiddle you got from Cannonball Colemann on 2-2. Heads UP!!!
If you make no mistakes while fiddling the Red Man.
You get EXTRA Simeleons!!!

When finish fiddling you get the other half of the locket.

Meet Boo at the Mausoleum Entrance
Traverse the Mausoleum

4-3-1

Give the Locket to Clem

4-3-2

Clem will say that Boo will be at the Mausoleum Entrance to take you home.
To get to the Mausoleum go to the Hickory Stump and go down to the plank. Go left until you see Boo.
Show Boo the Locket. Then he will traverse the Mausoleum with you. Mid-way through the Mausoleum your sim will be admiring a clock. Then Boo gets trapped behind the clock. Your sim feels guilty after. Keep traversing until you are out and start the next mission Running from the Law.
