You talk to the 3 members of the rep group (1 point for each, when your relationship reaches +50 so that is 3 points), and to the leader (1 point when all members and leader relationship is +50, and 1 additional point when you reach +100 relationship
with the leader so thats 2 points). You return the group's trophy to the leader (1 point).
You move to an area desirable to the group (1 point). You get your relationship with the rival group's leader to -10 (may be -5 or -20; I have heard many - mine worked at -10) (1 point). You finish the group's mission (1 point).
You max the skill associated to that group (1 point). After you finish all of these, you have all 10 points!
