How do you pass the goal where you have to follow the direction on the bulletin board. I can't pass it please help me.

I assume you mean "Mission For The Man"? If so, go to the Miniopolis Chronicle read the bulletin board. Then go to the shruberry near the museum and find your next clue. Then go to the graveyard
And keep going until you get to four grave stones in a row, go to the last one and pick up your
Next clue. Then talk to Berkely Cloud.
