Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

How do I decorate the stage? What do I use? And How do I get it?

Also I was wondering about the catalog. After you push Select the menu comes up and it has the option catalog. Can you buy anything from there? And if so how do you buy it?

1) You can decorate the stage with any decorative items.
2) I think the catalog is to see what you can buy on the game.
