1. Earn logic six
2. Go to the secret lab but not to early it's in the king tower at daddy bigbuckes office go to the bookshelf press A if it's the right time a door will open
3. Go to the place where there are all those papers on a stool press A and you will find the blue prints
4. Give them to Luthur
