Where is the dancing Nuriva?

I been stuck on this part for 2 weeks

It's been answered a lot all ready but here it is again.

You go down to the fanboat, and get on it then you head east until you can head south.

There sill be an island with a bunch of animals on it, they sort of look like gophers.

Put one in your pocket and you'll have it.

By the way, it's a Nutria.
