I have never tried to get married, but I don't think you can. I am glad I will not be there when you "do a fart".

Yes you can get married just ask them to move with you but I have a question how can you enter moon base zeta without multi player
Just ask them to move in with you it won't be a real marrige but you can pretend it is.
