charisma or body five
in mission 3 for the grave mini mission thing the game tells you you need to get body five or charisma five. How do i get at least one of the two?

Easy one. Get arrested first and when you're in the jail cell fill up on all your needs. When the cell door is open use the weights and repeatedly tap A to get your body skill up to 5 faster. DO NOT LEAVE THE JAIL!

Workout a lot in the jail behind the recyling center

You can admire yourself in mirrors or work out in the jail
