Mission 3.6

I ve seen a few questons on this mission but none have helped me so far. I have completed all the goals in this mission exept six mamaba loa will not give me the mission. I'm at R 100 with her. I've tried to gather the items I need but no such luck. When I turn my game on it says I need to speak to lily Gate but I can't get her I've phoned and invited her over although I'm sure she has nothing to do with the goal. Your help will be greatly appreicated as I'm really enjoying the game so far

Thats really weird. You've done every other goal before that? You should just be able to talk to her.
