For each level of a given minigame, you need a certain level in one or two skills, and you need to beat a certain score. If you choose minigames off the main menu, it will tell you what you need to be promoted to the next level of that minigame.

You have to get your skill points up depending on what minigamme your doing it on it's different skill points for each game. Hope this helps.
