Question for The Sims Bustin Out

Hi I got the sims bustin out on gba on sunday(just got back from holidays in kalbarri)it came in the mail any way I need to no how to give people pamflets so I can open Club Rub so how do I and who do I give them too.

Just give them as a gift to any random 10 people. (You have to buy them at the Bric-a-Brac shop first.)
