Question for The Sims Bustin Out

Ok, so I have knocked out Mad Willy, and beaten the bullriding record, but I can't catch the Velocci-Rooster. Where is, like where can I find him, and also, how do I catch him if I just pass out all the time?

You have to have a skill of 5 body point

You have to have five body skill points and get him into a corner. Just keep pressinhg the button when he can't get away from you. Took me ages.
