I'm on mission four so I haven't thought about it after I completed it. You should have a question mark between At the Waterfront and Library Card. I think you should talk to Eddie Renalin. After you've completed that talk to Nikki Knack. She should be at Nikki Knack's Brick-a-Brack or at the Adoption Center. Talk to her. She'll tell you that she doesn't need her waterfront Villa anymore because she doesn't have the time to tend the house. She'll ask you to be the housekeeper for it. That's all you need to know for mission 3.
