* Get Noticed (Popularity 25)
* Develop a Look (Creative 3/Charisma 2)
* Acquire One Cool Guitar
* Impress the Local Band Leader
Activation: Talk to Mel Odious.
Get the skill points and schmooze various people in town (include Vera) to get your popularity up. Visit Uncle Hayseed to use his barn as a place to jam. Buy a guitar out of Giuseppi's van (usually parked behind Cheatum and Howe's near the center staircase down to the Docks, only at night). You have to raise your relationship with Vera (local band leader) up to 50.
Completion: Tell Vera you've got it all done. This opens the Jam Session minigame.
