Sorry but i really don't know where he hangs out except that i know that he hangs out at the that street with many turns. Also i know that you have a better chance of finding him at late nighttime. If you have gotten aqquatinited with him ring him up and he will tell u where he is. ( Except he doesn't really answer the phone often becuz he is a burlar
