Well... Once you are in the game further on hugo will want to talk to you and tell you about this rabbit that wants to talk to you and hugo tells you to go to the park and the rabbit will be at the lake by the bench. At least that is what happened to me. I hope I helped.

its in the ground but how do you talk to him??

I've been having the same problem.
I can't talk to Nibbles.
I go to the pond at the park, but Nibbles is IN THE POND, and I see the grey/silver "!" but I can't reach Nibbles.
Do you need an item to reach Nibbles?

The rabitt is on the grass try it when the grey (!) glowing or moving and make sure you have 3 spaces for the scrolls it will give to you
