Amy's pet walking job.

Ok. So I'm stuck on this part. I'm on level 4 of the pet walking job and I can't seem to pass it. I already have all my skill levels to what I need to and I'm wayy past the amount o money I need to earn to pass. Plus I've had a perfect run twice. So, how do I make it to level 5 in Amy's pet walking job.
