Ok so I cant find elza and I'm on 63%! I only have that one puzzle gift alien thing from her. I can't seem to get past the Hearts competition either..Guest answered:
U have to reach 70 percent guys to find elza and ask hugo if you're in 70 percent

No. You have to be at the third level of the Veterinarian job. Then Corina will tell you that there isn't much more that she can teach you and she'll tell you about Davor. You'll then have to go talk to everyone in town and Hugo will say something about an Alien which is always around only at night. The Alien is Elza

Imat 77% and I have two pieces of the alien artifact , I am at level three in the vet job and I still can't find her anywhere. I have heard shes in the graveyard , shes in the cafe, she is at the bungalow house and none of them have worked. I don't know what to do..

First you must ask everyone in town about him. Then you must find elza who is in front of the house at exactly 22:00. Just follow her instructions and she will tell you where davor is.
