What is corina looking for?

Ok, I'm at 75% I have three questions:
1) corina is asking me for something expensive to put in the hospital I think... What is it and how do I get it?
2) otis is asking me for a book from jade, how do I get it?
3) can you only make celina hate you by socializing with her and telling her things she hates?
PLEASEE HELPP ME :(

For answer 3 you can only make her hate you by socializing with her hope that helped at least a little

for question 1, corina is looking for a painting. you can find it at place next to the coffee shop called Simthing 4 Everyone

For the first one she is looking for a wall hanging. It's in the store Smithing 4 Everyone. It costs 10,000 simoleons, but don't worry she pays you 12,000 for it. It's the first painting and is called Corina's Painting or something like that.
