Yes it is. All you have to do is have two sims that love eachother(obviosuly a guy and a girl) and a bed that can have two sleep in it. Have them relax and the click on one of them and hit woo hoo for baby. That's all.

Well put two sims together on a double bed (a girl and a boy of course) and get them to cuddle (they must be resting on the bed first). Then an option will appear saying 'Try for baby'. Click that and it should work and if it doesnt work try again. You could also bring up the tombstone of life and death, then click on it and choose get pregnant. You can also speed up their pregnancy using this. Just remember, unless using the tombstone of l+d sims must be good friends before they can make babies. Good luck!

Actually they can get pregnant using tombstone of l+d if it's male+male female+female or you want to get the male pregnant!

Yes you can get pregnant. If your 2 sims relax in bed click try for baby and then most prob your girl sim will get pregnant. You can only have a baby when your 2 sims are married. Make sure your baby I loved and you care for it.
