Where do I go to find Frank Fuscilli? It seems like I've been everywhere but can't seem to find him :(

Frank Fuscilli can be found at his home. Go Past your house heading toward the warehouse. His house is just past yours in the same frame. Keep to your left and follow the little driveway just past your square flower bed. Go down the short drive and go inside the glass and metal door. This is where Frank lives.

Go out of your house, see the pipe looking window with door? Go in and find fish tank frank should be in front of it
