You have to look around for a giant can of bug repellant. Fill your Super Drencher with the liquid in the puddle (hit A). Then just keep spraying.
Eventually you'll run into the queen bug. Every time you spray her she hatches out 3 new daughters and you have to kill them before you have another try at her. Eventually she gets tired and you will kill her, but it takes quite a few tries. You have to kill her to fulfill the hidden want for this episode.
