I'm not sure witch one you mean, so i'll list all of them.

Weathertop: Beat the game with all 6 characters
Moria:Kill over 2000 enemies with one character
Fangorn: Collect all artifacts
Helms Deep: Beat the game the first time with anyone

Note: Weathertop and Fangorn might be vice versa
