Look for Mole mitt tunnels in these areas. There should be five in all:
1: Eastern hill, near the crop field.
2: Minish forest, near Syrups witch hut
3: Crenel mountain, near the top of the mountain, next to the hermits cave.
4: Lake Hylia, jump on the small islands and reach the cave.
5: Trilby highlands, in the cave leading to Knuckle (the blue Tingle brother)

um... theres 6. 5 come from walls but one wall is to let the gorgon at the cave break through. Just as a note, theres a bottle at the end
