Is there like a cheat for invincibillaty or inifant hearts or a health fariy or a magic health bottole that can never run out and also where do you find the flippers?

Why not look in the Cheats section for the game. You will find them atfer you get the fire element.

Not to my knowledge, but why would you need those? Throughout the course of the game (I'm going through again now), I died exactly once--facing the Water Element Boss. I came close fighting Vaati, but that's the extent of my death toll.
You get the flippers after you get the three books for the library. I'll let you figure that out.

Yes, but as far as I know, only with a gameshark, codebreaker etc.
