Hey, I'm trying to get the light arrows, but I can't cous the old man isnt in the wind tower. Plzzz tell me how I can get them!!!!!

Thats because you didn't get rid of the ghost with the gust jar after fusing a red kinstone with the guy in the house under the post office and a teleporter will show up in south hyrule field ( at your house) and go in it go up the stairs and get the gust jar out and suck in the ghost..... Thank you for letting me waste your time.
