Question for The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap

Can someone please tell me where in the world do I get the Kinstone piece that you fuse with this weird cloud thing, right when you go up in the clouds.

THE KINSTONE PIECE IS GOLD AND I REALLY NEED IT SO PLEASE O PLEASE TELL ME WHERE TO GET IT!!!

They all are in the area, all I think around 5-8 of them around, but you must float with the white and red twisters.
