If you are talking about the one that is locked in the front door, but you can reach through the back, you can get in there. You must collect all the figurines in order to get the key through the front door from the guy sitting outside the coffee shop. If you are talking about the game room just below the shoe shop, you must fuse Kinstone pieces until the game room is unlocked.
