You need to get to the Crenel Hot Springs or something. The water there is green. I never got there myself but I've seen it.

There is a big pool of water you can find when you turn small go through a little path and use your bottle to hold it.

You get the green water by bombing in the place that says no Bombing.
Does anyone know what to do with the green water?

Never mind, I solved it myself.. Right at the bottom of the base of Mt. Crenel, you should see a bit beside the big beanstalk-thingy which has 2 pieces of fence. Bomb the gap. Then the rest unravels itself.

Okay it's simple you know the gate with the two boulders each side well you put a bomb there
