How do you fix the floor so you can get to the treasure chest so you can get the moon pearl?

Go to the floor above the floor with the Moon Pearl, and find a star-shaped switch near two holes and a firewall. Strategically step on it, and a hole will appear in the middle of that same room. Drop down that hole, and you'll be in front of the chest!
