Question for The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past

I just got done beating the dude who takes Zelda away. I'm supposed to look for diamonds. I can get in and out of the dark world and light world. I don't know what I'm supposed to do now. Help....

Press L and look at the map where it says 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 you have to go to #1 because if you go to #2 or some other one you will get stuck.
