There are a few levels just like this one. The point is to fly OVER the goal instead of into it. I actually would not use yoshi, but a purple yoshi could also work. If you are an expert cape flyer, though, fly as soon as possible and continue to gain height, never stopping. If you use a purple yoshi, find the regular goal but go back, eat a shell or koopa, and fly over it. You must be off the screen or the goal will still activate. After that, you get to Soda Lake, which leads to the Star Road on the island.

Forget what doggytone or whatever said you need to fly UNDER the goal and then up. Then fly until you see another goal and a cresent moon.

You could do it one of those ways but an easier way is to get the cape and yoshi no fly to the platform right under the goal now jump and float under the goal and spin jump off yoshi and you're done
