Question for Super Mario Advance 3: Yoshi's Island

I'm stuck on level 5.6 can anybody help? I have got all 3 balls but I cannot get passed these spikes without dying to get the cloud. Also how do you unlock the 3 extra levels on each world? Thanks

In the first area jump on the tops of the trees to get to a platform and then go through hope I helped.
1.beat the world's levels
2.beat the world's levels 100% each
3.beat the game

Srry about the previous answer I thought this was another question the answer to the first half is thers a baseball guy on the other side of the green pipe along with a button that will switch the platform of spike if you walk up to the pipe he will hit the button hope I helped
