Position yourself over a platform and let the Magikoopas turn the blocks into monsters. Don't waste your time fighting them, just keep moving so they can't get a clear shot at you.

I am sure that nobody of you knows about the saving point in this part. When the moving blocks go down in the end go down and find another platform. Next is the magikoopa's (wizard) part make sure you are equipped with two capes. Dodge the attacks of the wizard and keep on movin. To get past the vertical blocks you need a cape and press B near them. In the end lemmy will come it's same an iggy the first one but this has poodoboos(the fire) in them. But it's easy
