What is the time to coins secret and where is the second ending for Chocolate Island 2?

To find the secret exit from Chocolate Island 2, you must complete Area 1 with 9-20 coins AND finish Area 2 with at least 250 left on your timer. Just before you reach a Green Pipe, you'll see the Key.
