I am stuck on World 4, level 3. I have done that level over and over again, and I can not find away to get of the level, can someone please tell how I can get off the level and go to he next one, or what i have to do please, I am really stuck.

You need to use the birds flying past as steps if I'm thinking of the right level.

If i'm thinking of the right level than cool ok the reptial looking thing if he is throwing eggs and there is a ledge behind him get on a egg and float on the egg jest keep floating!
